I’m sorry? Only going to be 33?.. Such a baby still, makes me feel OLD! Thank you for the shout out.. you are the sweetest! I understand the aesthetic and wanting to fit in. I review for the love of the books but when my feed doesn’t have the reach that a lot of other accounts have it can get disheartening. I get imposter syndrome because I want these reviews in the world so someone else can live a book like I do and when I’m on the losing side of the algorithm I feel like I’m letting people down. It did bring me to the Sisters of the Page so I gave that going for me! 😉

I'm simply not enjoying it or feeling supported by the hate that has become rampant on the app. It's not the warm and wonderful place it was when I first found bookstagram and the loopers (gods that was a long time ago!) And ultimately found my people (starting with Miri and her picture of the St. Louis Arch). Happy early birthday my friend.
